An innovator in architecture and a major player in Central Florida’s growth and development for more than three decades, HHCP has evolved into an international design leader with diverse projects in over 30 nations worldwide. Founded in 1975 by four partners, HHCP today has more than 70 talented, diverse team members located in Orlando, Florida and Beijing, China. The architectural design firm offers clients a unique depth of expertise through wide-ranging practice areas, including planning/mixed use, themed entertainment and hospitality, health facilities, residential community and retirement resorts.

HHCP is one of the few firms in the United States that has a division focusing on construction litigation. HHCP’s Construction Analysis Support & Evaluation (CASE) Division completes our architectural and planning practice. CASE specializes in supporting attorneys, owners, design professionals and contractors in dispute resolution efforts on non-HHCP projects. The lessons learned from this work has allowed us to provide even better service to our clients.

Design excellence and problem-solving are at the heart of everything we do. We promote creativity within a disciplined design process that assesses, analyzes and synthesizes a project’s issues and objectives. Our design team members are industry leaders with demonstrated ability to develop innovative solutions on demanding and complex projects. Our clients participate in the creative process through design charrettes, workshops and ongoing collaboration. The HHCP team is insightful, flexible, experienced, motivated, and committed to working both together and with others to achieve uniquely specific design solutions.

Welcome to Qatar Zoo: Drive, Walk and Play

The vision of Qatar Zoo begins with a commitment to a guest experience carefully designed to engage, enlighten, educate, and entertain visitors on a grand scale. Making optimal use of the available land, Qatar Zoo will complement the naturalistic environment of Aspire Park, and will focus on the interests of three core constituencies:  animals - by showcasing them in their natural habitats, guests - by providing entertaining and interesting experiences, and the owner/operators - by creating an efficient, well functioning, and sustainable facility.

A visit to Qatar Zoo will feature a unique drive through experience where guests encounter exotic animals and habitats, by night or day, up close from the comfort and convenience of their own automobiles or, if preferred, in all terrain vehicles piloted by expertly trained Qatar Zoo Safari Guides. To maximize the interactive experience, guests will be issued cameras, computer tablets and web-based platforms that will provide additional information about the flora and fauna of  habitats such as the African Savanna, the Asian Woodland, and the Tropical Rainforest of South America - complete with rain! An “Immersive Theatre” experience will offer virtual tours of other habitats from around the world. Overnight visitors will be treated to accommodations fully integrated with an engaging animal experience.

Qatar Zoo will be a showcase for cutting-edge zoological design and its world-class professional staff will develop new standards for the management, welfare and conservation of some of the planet’s rarest and most unique animal species.

Above all else, Qatar Zoo will focus on the importance of culture and tradition in a contemporary city - creating unique personal memories, connecting family members to one another and connecting the family of man to the wonders of the natural world.
