SUZHOU PORT OF THE ARTS

JIANGSU, CHINA

This 1,958 Mu lakefront Chinese Culture and Amusement resort is comprehensively themed to celebrate the rich and diverse Chinese art culture. The resort development plan is strategized to create both a significant theme park destination, and a flexible use Retail, Dinning, and Entertainment (RDE) destination as its primary development hubs. Port of The Arts’ two phased hub anchors include the Artist Bay Village RDE zone in phase one, and the Wonder Deer Theme Park, a soon to be released and much anticipated Chinese culture related TV show in phase two. Artist Bay Village will offer a unique “pay for play” cultural edutainment element, including a va¬riety of linked tourism lodging components with various price points and market appeal. Wonder Deer Theme Park will bring the animated family television series to life with an array of animated atmosphere features, multiple rides, and attractions along its silk route path, as well as the fantasy filled Wonder Deer Town. The primary leisure hub components are connected with two linear waterside pe¬destrian promenades, one along the Tai Lake waterfront, and the other along the newly created Grand Canal. These promenade links provide convenient, and attractive pedestrian, and water taxi connections to all the major visitor and lodging components of the PORT OF THE ARTS.
